UPDATE 1/16/26: Best customer service EVER. There are many apps, but only one with this level of chat support. As long as they have Rita, who might just be an IT angel, we will be a customer. 11/10/25: Just got set up and I did need a little help from chat support. However, Rita is a gem and she got our site squared away quickly.

I tried other Mega Menu apps and needed support, their support was email after their lunch or when their developer could look at the issue. The Qikify was a real person on chat who helped resolve the issue in 5 minutes after I fought with it for 3 days!! Miley was great.

Ich bin ziemlich spontan an einem Wochenende auf Qikify Mega Menu umgestiegen, nachdem meine bisherige App für das Mega-Menu plötzlich fehlerhaft war. Da ich bereits eine andere App von Qikify nutze, wusste ich, dass die Qualität stimmt, und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die Oberfläche ist intuitiv und leicht verständlich. Als ich das CSS des mobilen Menüs anpassen wollte, hat mich Arian vom Support unglaublich schnell und kompetent unterstützt. Auch bei weiteren kleinen Anpassungen hat sie sofort verstanden, was ich meinte, und es direkt umgesetzt.

Great app, customer service were helpful when applying updates, i really appreciate that it's not paywalled for the features, its also got quite a easy to use backend and interface. Thanks keep it up
