While there are many mega menu apps out there, this one stands out purely for the customer service. The team are rapid to respond, they're sincerely helpful, and they'll often just fix minor things for you before responding, while then showing you what they've done. I also really appreciate how the chat support popup is managed by humans and not AI. The only improvement I could suggest is to allow users to replace the footer menu on their site. Not necessarily with a dropdown menu, but just a way to make the header and the footer menu's consistent. Aside from that though, I have absolutely no complaints with Qikify. The free plan is fantastic, and so far the premium plan has been a great investment

At first, the app promised an easy transfer of my existing menu – but after installation, I found out there’s no way to import it automatically and I had to rebuild everything from scratch. I spent a lot of time setting it up, only to realize the final result didn’t meet my expectations. The menu does not look like the one shown in the preview images – there’s no option to make it permanently visible (as shown in the app screenshots). Overall, very disappointing and a waste of time. Not recommended if you're expecting a fixed, static layout like the demo suggests.

Very powerful, flexible menu with many different options. Crazy easy to install and setup. It's very intuitive and easy to learn and use and their support is great!

I had a bit of trouble setting it up at the beginning because I don't use a standard Shopify theme. The support helped me very well. No time constraints, a lot of patience, everything was customized to my complete satisfaction. The mobile menu was also customized. I can only highly recommend the app and the support!

I've never set up a website before or even knew where to begin. After paying someone to help me and then learning how to change things after they were completed, I found the Quikify app. I noticed the app offered what I wanted, but was unsure how to achieve what I was looking for. I reached out to the live chat and was blown away by the support. Never have I had the type of support from an online chat before. The representative even took the reigns from me and completed my menu. Something that would have taken me a month to figure out on my own took me just a few hours. Iam truly grateful for the live support and have no doubts I'll be taken care of if I ever need to reach out again.
