I'm taking away one star because I was not able to easily install and set up the app myself. Other than that, the support is great and it works well on our website. It's really great that our customers can see items without having to click through to different pages.

I am absolutely surprised, to be honest. Customer support is one of those things people often omit because they either do not expect much or do not give it a high enough standard to be impactful. These guys, however, did none of that. They immediately helped me with my issues using their app and went above and beyond what I considered help. The functionality of the app is again beyond what I was using before, especially for the cost. It is worth it for the customer service alone.

They were very helpful in solving my customization issues! As someone who has been looking for a way to build out a 4 level structure navigation, this has been the only app that allowed me to do it and meet the customization needs that I have! Once they get the drawer style mobile menu layout built out, i'm going to be a customer for life!
