Great customer service. Great line of communication. No issues with the app whatsoever, customizable, easy to use and they're there to guide you. If you know how to do a screenshot and show them, you're good to go. We mostly worked with Arian and she was great.

We have been using qikify since migrating to Shopify. Its a great menu solution and their support is 10 out of 10. Nothing too much trouble for them/

I had a problem with my theme. I started chat with Rita from qikify support and they fixed the technical issue in a very short time. This level support is premium in other extensions. Thank you so much for this great extension and great support.

De service, ik gebruik de gratis app, is echt heel goed! Ze helpen waar nodig, denken mee en kijken live met je mee en passen dingen aan voor je. Ik ben echt verbaasd hoe goede service dit is. Ook ben ik erg tevreden over het product zelf. Je kan veel aanpassen en je hebt veel mogelijkheden

The customer service is excellent and they respond fairly quick. They're very helpful in guiding me step-by-step with informational videos from my own website, and they even helped me add new functions that aren't currently on the qikify app.

My total experience was above a 5 star rating. At first I was not understading how the set up worked. Miley was extremely patient and kind and kept on explaining it over and over. Finally after the fifth time explaining it to me I finally understood and within less than 15 minutes I had it all set up. The app is user friendly, I was just tired and had brain freeze. I received follow up emails and suggestions to improve my menu. It has been one of the best, if not the best experiences I have had with an app. Highly suggest it!

Super easy to use and get set up. I opted to integrate using CSS. I have no coding experience but the tutorial video was very helpful and easy to follow. My text colors were still showing as blue on my mobile website and were not matching my themes font/colors. I sent an email and it was remedied almost immediately. Great app, even better customer service!
