Qikify Mega Menu & Navigation

We started using the paid version of Smart Menu a few days ago with the Retina theme. Faced a lot of challenges initially to get it to work correctly, but Tracy and the team at Smart Menu were very helpful every step of the way. Not to mention that Smart Menu has helped give a modern look to our website, and make the menus look beautiful. I highly recommend them for their product + customer service.

We have tried a few menu apps. This is by far the easiest to use and most sophisticated menu app. The basic free package already provide very powerful features. There are different menu types for you to choose from. You can even add images to pull down menus. Very good product indeed. Highly recommended!

Looks great and works great! Had some issues getting the mobile working but Michael helped fix it right away. It's nice to have a sharp looking menu, finally!

Works perfectly! Great for amateur users who are not very good with manually coding their nested menus. Customer service is superb. Ran into some problems with my search bar and they (namely Tracy & Michael) assisted and helped us right away! Highly recommend the app

Got this app to replace Buddha Menu as it offers the free fly out mega menu and it's great! Easy to use for building the menu and when it came to setup, unfortunately our store uses a custom theme which made it incompatible for the instructions provided to switch over the menu. This was not a problem though as the developer was very quick to respond and complete setup(within 24-48 hrs). We even experienced a few glitches that she fixed without a problem. Very happy with the app and the service!

This is a fantastic app and well worth upgrading to the full plan. It's easy to use and well worth the small amount of money each month for the full plan. We love it it's make our life so much easier. Keep up the great work. So give it a try you won't be dissapointed. It's multi use and my staff love it :-)

I don't usually leave reviews but this app deserves it. I planned on only using the free version to start as I've tried about 4 other mega menu apps recently and found them to be overly complicated and ver pricey. This app is super easy to use and I ended up upgrading and am really happy with the price!!

This is the best Mega Menu app in the Shopify app store. Intuitive, but at some point the menu order can be trickier to accommodate, but once you learn how to do it, it becomes incredibly simple. Support is amazing, seriously, the best I've ever encounter with any app or even theme developer, I'm with empire, from Pixel Union, who claim have world level support, not even close to qikify. They just completed a not that simple personalization task I asked for and I wasen't even a premium user of their app. Now I will and I don't really need it, but it's incredibly cheap. I like the app so far a lot. It's making my navigation to products look so much more professional and organized and that with the free version. I plan to upgrade to get some of the other features soon.

For the price and the features - Having this app is a no brainer! Simple to set up, and very versatile. I want to extend my gratitude to the team - They helped me with a request without hesitation swiftly. That for me is always a winner! Keep up the great work, and keep making awesome apps!

Just started using this app. its very easy to setup and configure. Looks very smart like it suggests. Best of all is the level of support- wanted to make some changes and tweaks and got immediate responses full of helpful advice from the team. top job.

Recent update solves a lot of the issues originally caused by Smart Menu. Hardly any reduction in load times, even when using images in the menus. Quick and friendly customer service. CJ Direct4x4.co.uk

Wow - how refreshing to have an app work right away with no fuss. We did not have to contact support at all to create the mega menu. The free app supports real mega menu columns and products with photos and more. Usually would not like allow app branding but the small link "created with Smart Menu" is not ostentatious. or a visual eyesore. The tutorial video could be better - it is too fast but there are some on YouTube that filled in the blanks. Thank you! just what was needed.

I used this app to help create a better menu for my website. It worked wonders and gives my customers an easy user friendly interface. Not only this, but I had a problem with the search bar and shopping basket integrating with the menu where my customers could not access them properly. I sent a quick message over to the support staff at smart menu, and they said they would get straight on it. Less than 24 hours went by and they emailed me having completely fixed the issue themselves. I couldn't recommend an app any better than this! Great idea and great customer service.
