Been using this app for a couple of years and it is great. I have needed to contact support to tweak a few things regarding the tabs and how they can best fit my theme/website. The support is excellent and they reply very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

absolute garbage. Don't waste your time. I installed this one and one more plugin and got a load of spammy emails on my email. Talking with my lawyer to see who is responsible for under the GDPR EU law. If it was you, delete my email from the BS lists.

Excellent app and outstanding support! Folder - Product Tabs is exactly what I needed to organise product information neatly and professionally. Very usefull, powerfull and flexible app to build tabs for details, descriptions and any kind of information for your products! "Shared tabs " mode for configure only one tab to use in multiple product, category, tags and so on. "Specific tabs" mode to configure your tab directly in Shopify product description. The best? The support team is very fast and helpful. I don't know how to properly insert images into the tabs & i reach out to them each time with the images and they complete the task so fast. would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering this app

Great looking app, really helps tidy up your product page descriptions etc. Also the support team are very good, always quick responses and very helpful with a range of queries relating to their app, they have always resolved any requests sent.

This app advertises "unlimited tabs" on the free plan, which is completely misleading. After installing the app, I discovered that you actually have to upgrade to a paid plan to use any tabs at all. The free plan is essentially useless. This bait-and-switch tactic is incredibly frustrating and a waste of my time. I specifically chose this app because of the advertised free unlimited tabs, and now I have to look for another solution. I would not recommend this app to anyone looking for a truly free option. Don't fall for the false advertising!

I had been using another Tabs app. But with the previous app, the tabs would not display correctly on a phone sized screen. Tested a couple more Tabs apps, but they all displayed the same off-centered way on a phone. Then I tried this one. The FOLDER Tab app looks GREAT on a phone and on desktop! I'm very pleased.

Hi Team, I love the app but I have a major bug I am trying to contact you about. the smartTabs admin is no longer loading in shopify, on both my stores after your most recent update. the app is still working on the front end website, but I can not make any changes or even contact you through the shopify admin --> smart tabs app backend because nothing loads. Please help!! P.S Please also add you contact email on this product listing! haha

I have been using this app for a few years now and I find it really good. What's good about it is that I can communicate a lot of different information on the product pages without it being overwhelming in terms of too much text. I have the first tab for the description, another tab for delivery info, another for the reviews and another for gift giving. I am able to update the delivery info at different times of year ie. at Christmas all in one place and the switch the tabs that are displayed and switch them back again. We can put different tabs on different products. There can be issues, as with all things techy but I have found that the team gets back to me super quick - within the hour, to acknowledge the issue and then works to resolve it. I would whole heartedly recommend this app
