You are not here the weekend ? What happened if your application crash our stores by saturday or sunday ? seriously ? No service 24h either It's horrible even when you have a Pro plan to resolve issues or if you have questions by the weekend .

While our current support hours are weekdays only, we understand the importance of fast response time, especially when it comes to your store's stability. Our app does not interfere with your live store's code unless explicitly published by you, and we've put in place extensive testing to prevent crashes. That said, we hear you. There was a technical problem that made me very nervous. I was almost ready to give up on the app even though I really like it as a feature. It gives a lot of design freedom, and you don't have to buy expensive themes. An online store can be built with the necessary features for it. When I discovered the technical problem, support was very quick to fix it. Here I want to express my thanks to Benjamin for his patience. Helped me with solving the problem, even customized some functions that I needed. If I ever have a problem I will look for him specifically. I had left one star, but after this service, I can't help but put as many stars as possible. The Smind app has solved a lot of my problems, from not paying $300+ for a theme, to being able to change the design for each season, which is desirable for a fashion brand.

I need this app deleted permanently from my store. I have uninstalled it but it still shows in the store sections. Such a pest! I need immediate action now!

We apologize for the negative experience you had with our app. Regarding the issue you mentioned, apps are currently not allowed to automatically remove any data from a merchant's store before being uninstalled. However, we have a solution for you. It allowed us to design a much more attractive store with a better chance of selling. Easy to use and integrate into the theme. It adapts perfectly to both PC and mobile, overcoming the natural limitations of Shopify themes.
