The Team at Smind have turned around a not so great experience to one that is very caring and have gone out of their way to explain step by step instructions on where to edit aspects of data and or script in the theme or how to modify or delete it. I am pleased and feel they truly care for their users.

Stellar customer service and support! Had some trouble with sections not transferring over to my updated store theme and they were quick to resolve it.

You are not here the weekend ? What happened if your application crash our stores by saturday or sunday ? seriously ? No service 24h either It's horrible even when you have a Pro plan to resolve issues or if you have questions by the weekend .

Excellent after service and support. Beautiful Sections
Still learning to use the app. The support is amazing. Leave them a question and they jump onto it in no time.
There was a technical problem that made me very nervous. I was almost ready to give up on the app even though I really like it as a feature. It gives a lot of design freedom, and you don't have to buy expensive themes. An online store can be built with the necessary features for it. When I discovered the technical problem, support was very quick to fix it. Here I want to express my thanks to Benjamin for his patience. Helped me with solving the problem, even customized some functions that I needed. If I ever have a problem I will look for him specifically. I had left one star, but after this service, I can't help but put as many stars as possible. The Smind app has solved a lot of my problems, from not paying $300+ for a theme, to being able to change the design for each season, which is desirable for a fashion brand.
I need this app deleted permanently from my store. I have uninstalled it but it still shows in the store sections. Such a pest! I need immediate action now!

We apologize for the negative experience you had with our app. Regarding the issue you mentioned, apps are currently not allowed to automatically remove any data from a merchant's store before being uninstalled. However, we have a solution for you. It allowed us to design a much more attractive store with a better chance of selling. Easy to use and integrate into the theme. It adapts perfectly to both PC and mobile, overcoming the natural limitations of Shopify themes.
