Don't sign up. SCAM. No option to cancel your trial in platform. Emailed support, who made me email a second email address - and then they never responded. Did all this 6 days before my trial ended, and they STILL haven't cancelled my subscription and have charged me the full amount. Expecting a refund

poor experience using the app, and poor customer support. expensive plans and greedy company. Most positive ratings are fake. Never got to use SMS functions nor got to use the Green Tick. Fraud company Fraud person Sunil Sethi.

Disappointed and Frustrated I had been using this WhatsApp automation app for a long time, but it’s just not worth it anymore. On top of that, they suddenly hiked the prices without any prior notice. It feels like a complete money grab. Really disappointed with how this platform has gone downhill. Total waste of money.

I had cancelled this App a month ago, and the owner still charged me 36 dollars. This is illegal! You do refund me this month that I sent you via e-mail immediately! WHY ARE YOU NOT REFUNDING MY CANCELLED ABO. THIS IS A SCAM from you! I want my money back for a service i do not use! I cant recomend your service to anyone!

This app is full of bugs — feels like there are 100 of them. I couldn’t complete a single action without running into errors at every step. It’s simply unusable. Customer support? Totally ineffective. It showed as “online” but no one ever responded to my messages. Very frustrating. Also, you can’t do anything meaningful without the Growth plan. I got it just to try the app properly and... guess what? Even with the paid plan, the app kept throwing errors non-stop. I asked for a refund — surprise, surprise: they don’t offer refunds at all. So not only do you not get a free trial, but you also lose your money on an app that literally doesn’t work. My honest recommendation: don’t waste your time or money on this app. It’s just not worth it.

Collaborating with Convertway has been a good experience, and it has helped me gain new customers. The chatbot option is good. Interaction with their support member, i.e., Mr. Irfan Khan, is very satisfying as he solves all the problems faced within the panel.

Our experience with TCW has been great and very customer-friendly. A big thanks to Irfan from their team for helping us from the start. He gave us a plan that fit our needs and provided multiple demos to explain every feature, both before and after purchase. The plan is affordable and worth the money, and having RCS and SMS in the same plan is a great bonus. Setting up flows is super easy and doesn’t need any coding knowledge. Our account manager is always available for support. They keep improving their platform and are open to feedback, which we really like!

Not help and support, sms not getting delivered form last 3 month and charges are deducted from ac, first they told that issue from BSNL DLT than we have changed changed to the JIO DLT and taken new header, templets approvals, No help , i am the customer since 5 years, they only focus on plan and recharges but not solution.

I am truly happy and satisfied with the service provided by ConvertWay and their team, especially Shubhangiji. On day 1 after onboarding, our chatbot was live within 3 hours..super fast service and they don't give fake expectations, they communicate clearly which has uplifted the trust. Using this bot we got phenomenal results with Abandoned Carts Recovery and Campaign runs, bot works perfectly fine, you can export all type of data, faced 0 technical issues. I will recommend this to anyone who runs a ecom business and wants to gain their customer's trust and lifetime value..
