I installed the app few days back and loved the simplicity. I feel it is the best SMS marketing app and best WhatsApp marketing app. Recommended.

Dont trust this company and install this app. Once you have installed then they will start charging even you dint use their app. Their https://www.theconvertway.com/ chat person not replying to refund the wrongly charged subscription. Their sales persons not attending the calls. So be aware and dont install their app. This is pakka cheating company.

Convertway works Amazingly well. All the flows are tailored in a way to extract maximum sales. Welcome series and Abandoned cart series have converted lot of window shoppers into regular customers. This App is crazy. From the day I have started using it, my sales have improved by 50-60%. You can even throw various campaign to the existing customers which helps a lot in boosting the sales. More importantly, the customer support is amazing. Would recommend all the e-commerce owners to use this app and it would definitely not disappoint you.

This is a good product for product retargeting campaigns and reviews. I found it easy to set up and use.
We already subscribed for premium plan for 5 months and we did not get approved for sms SENDER ID .. Customer service not helpful they asked for many documents to be filled we did all the requested documents with no results they take long time to reply your requested only the nice thing is easy to adjust the sms text

Looks like a company of fraudsters. Everyday you discover a new hidden charge. Dont recommend at all There are better apps in a fraction of cost available

And we have just recently add another premium plan by adding new features. "fraudsters" is a very strong word and its very demotivating, we strongly object to it. We really wished, you could have written a review after using our services.

Pure SCAM and waist of Time & money I pay +60$ better use Klavyio it's 1000 times better, this application not work at all, have try to contact support multiple times and they promise to fix those bugs, CAN NOT even sent TEST SMS to myself, Extremely suspicious results of Delivery for SMS.
