Convertway: WhatsApp, SMS, RCS

I have started using app. And I find service is good. Setting is simple and customer and prospects are getting SMS.

The app does exactly what it promises. Customer support is very quick and helpful. They guided me on DLT registration process and helped set up our own shortcode. And the best is that now my judge.me review requests can also go through SMS through this app. Totally recommend this.

I am using both apps of Shipway (SMS Marketing-Cart Recovery and Shipway Tracking order loop), both are amazing. Just a request that keep credits mutually between both the apps and not separately. Keeping it separate means extra cost for users for same kind of services.

The app is very easy to use and in case of any queries/issues, the customer care team is very helpful in resolving any queries asap.

Their customer service is really good. The SMS product is also great. One feature request would be to help easily tag customers. I only wish they could have whatsapp integrated as well.
