I use this app for SMS order notifications and SMS marketing. The customer database is very easily pulled and classified for marketing and the customer service is great in terms of support for adding headers and credits to your account.

Nice App for an SMS campaign. Easy to use and the team is very supportive. One thing I am missing here is the dashboard. The app should provide such a dashboard where we can track the SMS status like the number of SMS that got delivered or opted or not delivered. Over all nice and worthy to use.

Best Ever App Till Now I Used For Cart Recovery. As soon as i started using this app my cart recovery sales improved gradually to 130% . Highly Recommended!!

The app works perfectly fine and rates are also very reasonable. Lets you edit the template for free. Uninterrupted Experience. Great Customer Support. Very Cooperative. Must-Use. Un-subscribe option to the message is cherry on the cake if someone doesn't want to get the message or updates customer can un-subscribe. Again this can turn off and on. Feedback: 1. They should improve UI, it looks very old-school. 2. They should give more insights about the messages and analytics.

This company cares about its customers, and they try to give 100% to their customers if credit is used by mistake, they also add credit from their side, we have no complaints about it, whatever the problem They are all solved, we would love to work with them for a long time,
