Application not operational at all, I want a refund of $ 30, none of my clients have received order confirmation sms, or any other. I send emails to support and nobody answered me! I require a full refund of payment for SMS. Scam!

We have been using this app for couple of month and it helped us to bring back customers to our site, most of them converted in business. I recommend this app as it works well without hassels. It is not that expensive as other similar apps. Happy with team, they are quick to resolve any issue.

This app helped us to send notifications to customers and let them know that their produce was ready to be collected - as the general Shopify notifications did not let us modify the sms data. It has been fantastic for that. We have also utilised it once for notifying all of our past customers about an item return and was so much easier than having to individually call them.

Is an absolutely great app with all the integrations in shopify and also the pre-filled templates make setting up the sms notifications a breeze. Just one thing that they can improve is that there should be a way to see how many sms and which ones got delivered and which ones din't to give an idea of how many successful deliveries of sms are happening. Otherwise great. Some even cooler integrations would be to have an option to not let the sms be sent on the order page while dispatching and more templates and auto fill fields.

Last 1-2 months, our Admin number has stopped receiving messages. This was an indication that our customers are receiving messages without issue. But the credits are being deducted. I sent an email, no response from Support. Poor Support. **************** I am using this App for my newly launched store. Have bought few messages. It is not sending messages for Order Creation and Order Fulfillment eventhough I have enabled them. But the amount is getting deducted for last 2 days. Update ******** This problem was rectified by the support team. Now it is working fine. It would be better if there is an option to send personalised messages to a specific customer or any Tag based customisation.
