So far, my experience has been great. Email and text campaigns have been very easy to set up and modify. I had a lot of help from PL through the live chat option to help me verify my numbers and change some settings. Overall great experience!

Reached out via chat to get my account validated, Joann C was super helpful and patient. I needed to find "just the right spot" to put the additional terms and privacy policy copy in my policies. You can't just put that stuff in any ol' spot, you know! Once I finished, she validated my account in seconds and I was all good! Great customer support and super helpful resources.
