I'm new to the app so as you can imagine.... I have tons of questions. I spoke with Joann C. regarding applying my "brand kit" to my emails, and Joann was very detailed, quick, and efficient on resolving my issue. Joann was patient and even verified requested changes by me before applying them. I am hooked on the customer service agents, and those such as Joann C. will make my and the others customer's experiences extremely pleasant. Thank you, Joann C., you've made life easier for me.

I was ready to give up on learning how to use this app and started a chat to disable my account. Joann C was my helper and she completely changed my mind. She stayed on the line with me for over twenty minutes and helped me step by step with what I was struggling with.
