I spent a lot of time trying to fix the issue I was dealing with. After driving myself insane, I decided to contact support. Within a few minutes, they were able to understand my problem, fix it, and allow me to run a test. I am very impressed.

The quick feedback and guideance PL. With links etc it was amazing - really nice tone and emoji made it quite personal which I love. Felt like there really is someone to help even though I messed up a bit. PL was very efficient

Really good marketing platform, does everything I need it to do!! The dashboard can be a little daunting when you first see it but don't let this put you off. Its a super powerful marketing platform and does everything you need... and more. Thanks to John d who had a lot of patience to help me through some issues I was having as a new member. I also had fantastic help from Reggie, so much thanks to both of you. I am not just saying this, the app is that good for me, it becomes almost addictive when using it and configuring your marketing strategies. Highly recommended and you won't need any other marketing platform than this one <3 <3

SMS Bump is a super app. Use it on all my stores. And their support is very helpful, Regie helped me validate my account in no time.

Customer service (John D) via chat was quick to respond. I had an issue with a welcome popup and he helped me resolve the issue through screen shots and his knowledge via chat.

Needed to get my account verifed and Regie was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and got my account verified timely.

A very comprehensive APP, and every problem can be solved. The customer service responded quickly and all the problems encountered have now been solved. It deserves 5 stars.
