The app works much better and suits our operations as a tech ecommerce shop better than what we have already tried out before on the market. Jeff T and PL were extremely helpful in answering our technical questions.

This rating is reflective of my customer service experience. Lord R was very quick to respond to my feature requests and responded in a very positive and professional manner. While the features I was requesting are currently not possible to implement, Lord was appreciative of the feedback in order for email platform to improve. Lord gave me some suggestions to try in the meantime, which were helpful and competent given the current limitations of the platform. If I ever have any future requests, I hope Lord is the one to help me out.
