The customer service is outstanding. They respond quickly and helped walk me through setting up my account & SMS messaging, which was great, as I'm a first-time shop owner. I would definitely recommend this app for anyone just starting out like I was - the real-time assistance and ease of use is so worth it.

Im definitely going to be using this app more. I had great help with people who had tremendous patience with me. There wasnt much to not enjoy, the customer service people helped me out plenty. Thanks alot SMS Bump.

This app is extremely easy to use and my ROI is crazy. I would love it more if the knowledge center was a little more organized.

I had the app for several months. Honestly didn't do much for my store as I was in a 10$ keywords plan. Good customer service in general.

Only four stars as I've just started, however the service and set up we're workable after a second go at it via chat help. I'm up and running within 20 min. Now looking forward to reaping the benefits!

I think the free version is bs. I've been trying to complete this compliance garbage for 2 hours and all I get is error messages. DO YOU WANT ME TO PAY FOR THIS TO WORK?? WHY NOT JUST SAY IT RATHER THAN MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO USE THE "FREE VERSION" ON TOP OF IT THEY WON'T LET ME LEAVE THIS REVIEW UNLESS ITS 4 STARS OR ABOVE. WHAT A CON JOB THIS 0NE IS

None of the compliance requirements require you to be on a paid package, so I guess something was missed here. Sachez que j'ai supprimé l'appli avec 40$ de credit ! C'est la pire arnaque que j'ai vu de ma vie, après avoir écouter un con de youtubeur nomé NATH #LOOSER PREPUBERE DU NET QUI VEUT QUE GRATTER ET PROFITER DU GRATOS clochard de moche que t'es Sachez messieurs dames quand telechargant l'application vous ne pourrez envoyer aucun message, pour vos panier abandonné par exemple, sous pretexte qu'il vous faut munir d'une preuve comme quoi TOUT vos clients sont d'accord pour recevoir des sms marketing... N'est ce pas le but de l'application ? N'avons nous pas installer préalablement une bar de cookies pour ce genre de choses ? Je vous la chis la preuve de mes clients ? bande de voleurs que vous êtes !!!!!!!

Great app. Test messages won't take you to the abandoned cart though. Hope they can fix this in the near future. Everything else good.
