Super great customer service. Jeff helped me to go through activating my account. I mistakenly updated the policies in the wrong place and he could not see them done. He guided me to the right place and waited patiently for me to do the corrections. Customer service is perfect. thank you! :)

Very good, they helped me right away on the chat support when I needed. The templates are easy to edit, just wanted a way to edit the default email template to be one an the same across all the emails.

I was not looking forward to having to get help with our SMS app because I spent hours trying to figure out myself. I should've used the chat option sooner because Quin Shiena made setting up my SMS compliance and privacy policy a breeze.
