I reached out to SMSBump to get assistance with verifying my toll free number. Your rep Joann C. was very friendly and patient with me. She provided clear instructions, that even included a screenshot, to aid me in making the necessary changes to my store's backend. I wish I could request Joann each time I called. Good job all around!

The ronnel v assistant was really nice and quick, in a few minutes he created a campaign for me from scratch, and helped me validate the account at the same time
