Lord helped me set up my account. The customer service was awesome, she was very patient and worked with me step by step to set up my account. I've struggled with other apps in the past but plan on keeping this one.

I've been using SMSBump for about a week now coming over from another system. The setup was a lot easier and I like how you can see the details from all your campaigns. I've gotten stuck a few times and tech support has always been helpful. Today Lord helped me quickly get past the social setup which I've been struggling with. I really appreciated the level of service.

The process of setting up SMS Marketing has been a breeze. Lord, the support agent, was really helpful and made the process seem less stressful. It does take some getting used to and a small learning curve to learn how to set up campaigns. I will definitely recommend to others.
