I would like to dedicate this feedback to Quin, a highly knowledgeable member of the SMS bump staff. Quin assisted me in validating SMS bump in my Shopify store, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and great communication skills. He was able to explain each step clearly and concisely, making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Easy setup and so far so good! I just activated it and looking forward to having my customers sign up for SMS! I forgot how to edit the theme of the pop up SMS and contacted customer service and Gen was so great and helpful. Quick customer support and that is also why i'm giving 5 star as of my 1st day of installing and activating this app. Thank you!
