I don't think you would trust me if I told you that I am giving 5-star rating to this app while I am even still setting it up. This is due to the customer support agent, Lord, that was very patient and fast responding, and informed me with all the information I needed without being a second late. About the service, I almost am feeling comfortable, as I have surfed the app for a little, and for sure it's 10/5, not 5/5. You should add this app to your Shopify apps and sales channel, highly recommended.

Yotpo seems to be great for new comers! Tons of free emails, SMS is also available. It's easy enough to use and when you don't know how, the support team can be patient and helpful. I've only had my store running for 9 months and Yotpo's been helpful!
