Marnie was very helpful, stayed on chat for over an hour trying to help me set up our win back emails and making suggestions for improvements. Will be interested to know if this app will help me generate lost customers.

SMSBump's support has been a tremendous help. We were having issues with setting up our flows and deliverability. Iven, Aleksander, and Gen have been very responsive with helping and answering all of our questions! We love that we can chat with support!

J'utilise SMSBump depuis plusieurs mois maintenant et je suis vraiment impressionné par ses fonctionnalités et sa facilité d'utilisation. La plateforme est intuitive et permet de créer des campagnes de SMS personnalisées en quelques minutes. Les statistiques en temps réel sont également très utiles pour suivre les performances de chaque campagne. De plus, l'assistance clientèle est excellente et toujours disponible pour répondre à toutes mes questions. Je recommande vivement cette application pour tous ceux qui cherchent une solution de marketing SMS efficace.

At first had some difficulty setting it up, but I hopped on a text support chat with Keano and he got everything sorted incredibly fast and easily. Great and fast responding support. Would recommend!
