Great app and awesome customer service. I recently installed the app so far, so good. I am excited to continue to build our SMS campaign out. I also worked with Djan in their customer support team and had all my questions answered as I set up the platform.

Was having a lot of issues integrating SMSBump and Klayvio, it took a few days which was fustrating but thanks to Princess (PL) the issue got resolved! Really appreciate their great knowledge on getting this configured because if not I would of used another service.

This app is a game-changer for any e-commerce business. I use it a lot in my business. Plus their customer service is super responsive and helpful. They reply immediately and are patient with you. had some questions about the setup, "Gen" was available on chat and took great care of me and got me up and running. From the customer support side I give it 5 stars, still a bit early to tell on the features of the app.
