I am new to E-Commerce and new E-Commerce marketing so when I heard Yotpo is the place to go I reached out via chat and Fhoel immediately responded. He was kind, knowledgable, and PATIENT. He walked me through every step to get my account set up. It was easy to do because he laid each step out separately and provided extra links to assist me. He also worked immediately to get my account through compliance so I didn't have to wait. I hope I get Fhoel again if i need more help. Yotpo you have an asset on your team, Fhoel is amazing.

Super helpful support and my issue was able to be solved very quickly! I was also encouraged to return if I had any other issues. Fhoel expedited an issue that I didn't know I had, so that it could be resolved so that I could use the platform quickly.

Lord has gone above and beyond to help me with my issue! He had my back and I really appetite it. He took the time and trouble shoot my issue and resolved it for me. He never continued to help me with holiday marketing tips. Nice guy! 5 stars for Lord!

Still figuring out the app and how to best utilize it for my company. I had questions and contacted support via the built in chat support. I was surprised to be chatting with a live agent rather than a bot. The agent, PL, that assisted me with professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was able to sort our my questions. Very happy with the service.

Ronnel helped me out with setting SMS collecting things. He is very patient, kind and willing to help with anything. The App recovered plenty of abandoned orders in my shop. Highly recommended!
