So far I am loving the app... The prices have been the most affordable that I have found and the customer service is amazing! Lord helped me really FAST and even sent screenshots to show me what is going on plus walked me step by step on how to see my results. Very helpful! I already had orders of almost $3000 in just 2 text campaigns sent out. The ROI potential is amazing!

I have been using SMS BUMP for a couple weeks now and ran into an issue with the app. Lord R. from their CS team has been AMAZING helping me solve the issue and has me rest assured it will be fixed in a timely manner. Issues happen but its how a company solves a problem and so far SMS bump has been really helpful and easy to work with!

I LOVE this app! Had one minor hiccup with the automatic smart send blocking feature but after chatting with customer service, it was quickly (and professionally) resolved and I have no complaints. Highly recommend.
