Its lovely how there's many templates to choose from, yet when I had a problem with validation, I contacted the support team and it was great, because the response was immediate even though at night and they helped me fix the problem step by step, shout out the the support team.

I was having issues with creating a custom pop up and the agent Lord that was assisting me was so patient and helpful! He made the process very easy and didn't stop at assisting me with one thing but as I'm a new company to sms marketing he thoroughly guided me through everything including screenshots so I didn't miss a beat! Will recommend this company, the customer service with Lord was top notch!
