I've faced 2 issues when started with Email marketing. 1st - I was not able to create Email Campaigns, but it was resolved after I contacted support, it took a day or two. And second one was about my account verification, and it was resolved pretty fast with Regie's help. Thanks for that. Overall the app looks good, it has good email customization, fast support team answers, and integration with other Yotpo apps. Recommended.

simple and easy to use, designing flows is straight forward, customer service was quick and responsive especially my customer service agent PL, the instructions she gave were clear and precise, would recommend this service to all my mates starting their ecommerce business

Awesome chat support by AJ T. I installed the app yesterday and contacted support but did not get much help initially, possibly I contacted them outside of their working hours. However, when I tried again today, I was totally blown away by AJ T's assistance. AJ helped me to customize my SMS flows for the countries that I am serving and in accordance to Shopify's best practices. AJ has also been very patient throughout. I feel much more confident now to get started with SMSBump. Thank you!
