Love this app for my business! Also, Fhoel was SO helpful in getting me all set up with my privacy policy & Terms of Service requirements on my Shopify website, as well as pushing to get my inquiry approved through the compliance team ASAP!

There are lots of minor Bugs in the SMSBump, That will loss your huge amount of money if you are not aware of it. I found while working with my SMS and Email Campaigns. There is product fetching issue, Image Preview issue, Conflict with the same categories products images issue, etc. Very Poor Support Team Service, they don't give estimate time to solve your issue. and Technical Team look like highly unexperienced to solve the Bugs. Always told me our R&D team is working on it. It's Been 30 days and they gives same answer that our team is working on Bugs. Totally Not recommended. Star 1/5.

Buen servicio, aun no pruebo la efectividad pero es muy facil de usar. Comence configurando unicamente los sms y fue muy facil. Además se puede convinar acciones con sms y mails. Es muy facil de usar

I have been using SMS BUMP for a couple weeks now and ran into an issue with the app. Lord R. from their CS team has been AMAZING helping me solve the issue and has me rest assured it will be fixed in a timely manner. Issues happen but its how a company solves a problem and so far SMS bump has been really helpful and easy to work with!

I LOVE this app! Had one minor hiccup with the automatic smart send blocking feature but after chatting with customer service, it was quickly (and professionally) resolved and I have no complaints. Highly recommend.

This app is great and all apps have their issues, but the reps are great and ready to help. PL S was absolutely amazing and assisted me with moving forward with my account issues. Highly recommend
