The potential of this application is impressive, the support is efficient and attentive. I remove 1 star because if you want to work in certain Asian languages such as Chinese (simplified or traditional) or Thai, you pay very expensive for your SMS.

App doesn't work properly, many flows have bugs. Interface is buggy as well, often getting white screens. Support team often gets my website wrong and tries to help me without even verifying if it's the correct store. Support doesn't offer real solutions. Poor experience unfortunately, going to find another email marketing provider.

He instalado esta aplicación para reemplazar las notificaciones por SMS de Shopify. Por alguna razón que desconozco Shopify sólo enviaba los SMS a los clientes en inglés y con esta aplicación se pueden personalizar. Después de instalarla he visto que tiene otras muchas funciones y que se pueden editar todos los flujos de notificación al cliente (SMS al crear el pedido, al modificarlo, al enviarlo, etc.). El servicio de atención al cliente también es bueno. He contactado con ellos para resolver alguna duda y la persona que me ha atendido, de nombre Fhoel, me ha explicado todo de forma clara y rápida.
