Great app and excellent costumer service. I would recommend this app for anyone that does marketing either through SMS or Email Marketing.

I have just started using the app, so I can't yet speak for all features. However, the flow builder for SMS/email automation (including pre-built options) has been fantastic to use. Support for the app is also A+ (thanks Lazar L!). From what I can see it looks to be a full-featured application from popups to email to SMS marketing automation and more. One thing to note, SMS pricing is quoted for the US - it is 10x more expensive in my country (Australia - USD$0.08 per SMS), so be aware of this when considering the cost/benefit proposition of the product!

App seamlessly integrates with your store. It really helps you boost the number of emails and numbers that you capture. Customer service is fast and responsive. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Just got the app today and I can say the customer service is superb! It's easy to see and navigate on your tablet or laptop. The sms and email sign up is great and you can also schedule a meeting with someone to talk about the app and to ask the more questions if you would like to.
