Good and quick support! Needed to validate the account for an SMS campaign and the lady guided me through the steps needed for the shop to comply with local laws before she could go ahead. 5 minutes and all was done!

I used this app to help me with setting up SMS marketing / social media opt - in messaging. The staff are great especially Kaneo who helped me. They are fast with responses and patient to make sure you get it done right away. Great service!

I am using this to set up my automated messages; easy to naviagate. The agent was very patient with me and gave me very clear instructions as to what to do. Issues were resolved in little time.

So far the app is fantastic, love that it captures both email and sms. I used chat support and was easily able to handle my issue. Great company so far and the app itself is the easiest Ive used so far.
