I am happy with this app so far. Customer service was excellent. I needed help with the flow for text message marketing and I was able to connect almost instantly via chat with a customer service rep.

This app is goofproof and very easy to navigate. The customer support is outstanding and very quick at providing services necessary. Suggestions and tips are completely related to what is in front of them. I am happy to be upgrading my account to a paid version!

They solved any of my problems instantly. Even though I made some mistakes and extended the process, they continued to help without getting bored. They were quite polite and understandable while doing this.

customer support was great and fixed my issue within chat. SMS Bump was tested working and I was able to receive automated text message for abandon cart checkouts
