Bonjour, Je n'ai pas encore pu tester l'application longuement mais j'ai eu des soucis pour faire fonctionner les relance de panier et l’assistance par chat m'a était d'une grande aide !

The support for using this app is really top notch. It took me a little time to understand how to use it effectively since it is a newer technology to me to use SMS marketing, but this app does everything I need it to. I had some tech issues and the team was able to go right into my store and fix all the issues with my permission. It made dealing with compliance and the tech aspects a no brainer for me. Exactly what I needed. Thanks guys!!

The service is quick through a simple chat. They will help you set up everything! I'm getting subscribers to my pop-ups every day and then engagement through the SMS feature that includes image attachments.
