Just got the app today and I can say the customer service is superb! It's easy to see and navigate on your tablet or laptop. The sms and email sign up is great and you can also schedule a meeting with someone to talk about the app and to ask the more questions if you would like to.

Good and quick support! Needed to validate the account for an SMS campaign and the lady guided me through the steps needed for the shop to comply with local laws before she could go ahead. 5 minutes and all was done!

I used this app to help me with setting up SMS marketing / social media opt - in messaging. The staff are great especially Kaneo who helped me. They are fast with responses and patient to make sure you get it done right away. Great service!

L'app funziona molto bene, l'assistenza via chat ve la consiglio, senza di loro non sarei mai riuiscito a scrivere privacy policy e attivare le automazioni. Fantastici. Costi irrisori per ciò che fa!
