Great customer service and very quick to action support requests! The app was easy to set up and the knowledgebase is very clear on best practice set up.

I needed help intergrating sms bump with another app, i struggled for days to get them to link. I then spoken to the live chat with an agent who was outstanding and got it all set up for me in a matter of minutes highly recommend purely based off of the customer support.

I have been using this app for my SMS and just started using the email as well. It is very confusing when using the signups and all the different flows & automations. It was resolved by contacting support and them walking me through what I needed to do to get my signups connect correctly and pointed to the right flow. I do not recommend doing this setup alone as you can create alot of flows that you dont need nor are unnecessary.

I use SMSBump to maximize profit and increase my customer lifetime value as much as possible. This is the perfect app for abandoned checkouts and post-purchase upsells. I've never seen an average of 20%+ CTR before using SMSBump. Highly recommend it to all e-commerce business owners
