Great Customer Service! Very easy app to get set up and enhance those sales!! I recommend SMS Bump for your messaging services. I use them on more then 4 different stores!

I've been using SMSBump for months. This app is very useful and helps generate leads/sales for my store. I just found out today, the keyword feature is now included with my plan and I no longer have to pay a usage fee monthly. Rosen helped me with all my inquires through the chat support and was quick in reply. Highly recommend!

5days, I've been writing for 5 days to the customer service because i can't log in to my account which is linked to my shop in Germany and no one is answering, so so frustrating, customer service is really bad.
