John was very helpful when it came to assisting with the validating of our account process. Our account was validated in about 5-10 mins and we were ready to begin using the app immediately afterwards.

The agents are polite and helpful. Responding and resolving any issues or concerns very quickly. The app is also easy to use and manage. I'm looking forward to seeing how I can use it to continually build the brand.

The app seems to work well, just takes a little time to get everything syncing properly. I had a few flows that weren't "flowing" and John D. was very helpful in getting these working again. Thanks! Quin was also very helpful and patient working through some bugs. Apparently the tiktok pixel on chrome can make yotpo buggy. Pro tip for anyone that is experiencing the same issues!
