I used the app to help me with my marketing. To set up SMS text is a detailed process but the instructions are very clear and the chat help is speedy and helpful. I know this will help me with those that abandon cart as a follow-up that they will see right away on their phones.

The best application of all time. If you don't install SmsBump you are suicidal in your marketing plan.

I had trouble installing it because Im not tech savvy and PL from SMS bump replied instantly and helped fix all my problems. the app itself is great and the customer/ support system was top notch. so wroth it!!

Customer service truly is 24/7 and very helpful. They are very familiar with the function of shopify and helped me step-by-step through chat to set up my compliance properly. Excited to continue using this app!

Great app and very professional team of customer service agents. I like that it also allows the analytics and I LOVE and use the content calendar. That may be the best part!!!

Helpful and very generous support! I had trouble with some of the steps in the GDPR compliance and i texted support at 3 AM Bucharest time, they replied in about 2-5 minutes. Excellent to be fair.
