just installed the app, for now the setup is ok, and complete. One step needs customer service (the rgdp compliance) because not so simple. Good point is that the customer service is very reactive and explain step by step all the thing to do to get the app work. Now we will see the efficience of the app or not.

Great support team that is there to help and guide you through setup. This app helps recover abandon carts much much MUCH more effectively than email. A must have for anyone in the ecommerce space.
