When I found out about this app, I got really excited because I wanted an app that is able to send out text marketing directly to my existing customers. Had some trouble after adding this app and funded it. Current contacts could not be added but because I managed to get the consent of every customers before this app was added, I managed to contact SMSBump support to get this sorted out. I am impressed with their support service being able to provide help as fast as possible. Within a day, everything was solved. Now, the store is using this service as much as possible. Thank you so much SMSBump for the fast response and support. Loving it!

I'm using the app to retarget potential customers. My agent was great. He new exactly how to help me. He had all the answers. He spoke well and had great Gifs. Would want to work with him every time. He even gave me extra info and links to help me out even further after we got off chat. Great Rep!!!!!

This is the best thing to happen to Shopify in years. Post-checkout upsells really drive AOV's higher. Carthook continues to improve with each update, the most recent update supports PayPal too which was a huge percentage of our orders.
