I need help with validating my account prior to using it. During a live chat that didn't take long to connect, I was taken step by step on what to do and how to do it. She was paitent, kind, and informative. She let me know once that was done, what my next steps were, it was quick and easy.

This app is the best SMS app with difference. The best part is its INCREDIBLE customer service! I like the helpful assistants in the chat box. I also like that you are able to adjust the behaviors of pop up text marketing. I also like the automations and integrations.

When it comes to apps, there are many, many options. Many with the same features. I have found that what truly sets one apart from the others is their customer service. SMSBump has always exceeded expectations anytime I have had any type of problem or issue. They are fast, responsive, and efficient.
