Amazing customer support <3 Also app works really good, I highly recommend it. I also really like like the automations especially to Add to Cart which have recovered a lot of money. It's a really great app! Has all the functionality that we need but unfortunately, we need to try another app because we would also like to try other existing apps to see which is the best but I really recommend SMSBump. For me, as of the moment, SMSBump is still the best SMS app out there!

Been using SMSBump for almost two months now....its insane ROI for the amount of money spent.....so in my first week...i spent about $5 on SMS...and recovered around $400 bucks in sales...ain't that good? Also, this was on the free plan...so I only topped up my SMS...no other charges. Try it out...you'll love it. Highly recommended...oh yeah one more thing...the customer service is on top of their game too...Harry helped me set-up all the policies that you need to do on you website (takes 3 mins) while on the chat...so you're pretty much all set and ready to go in less than 5 mins! Alright.....stay safe everyone...Boom!

So far so good! It's only been maybe 3 days and I will be making another review later on but I know reviews are very helpful. Everything has been self explanatory. Just follow the setup steps. Their response times in chat have been great and timely. When I need a question answered they answer my questions directly. It's not like most apps (aliexpress, or alibaba, etc) They respond in real time like you are talking to a real person and that's super helpful. I'll continue to use this app!
