Don B has been amazing at helping me with my non knowing self of all things tech! trying to help my daughter with an online boutique and realizing this computer is much harder to type on than mine! Thanks Don B for being a real person, or a great AI tech!!!

SMS Text messages were failing on my store. I contacted support and talked to Keano. He was very nice and knowledgeable and helped me thru the process in getting all the T&C into my shopify store then was able to start the process of getting my toll free number verified so that I can stop losing money! Thank you Keano!

Aj was wonderful! Took care of what I needed super fast and made me feel like I was in great hands. 10/10 recommend this app for support alone!! (functions work great as well, but support is on FIRE!!)

So far i am loving the app and finally getting used to my store on shopify. Hoping this will be a successful year! BIG SHOUT OUT TO REGIE C - - who helped me validate my site by adding all the correct legalities for sms marketing where they need to be. It was directed to me super easily, youtube videos if i needed a visual which was a great help. Please get more people like Regie C to help - - has the patience of a saint :)

Really helpful customer service provided by Quin - The platform is also easy to use and good value for money. - highly recommend
