The app is really good and easy, but the cost of sending SMS to India is very high ($0.0250 per message), comparatively Indian telecoms are the cheapest in the world, there are so so many SMS gateways here in India offering for SMS for less than $0.005 per message.

Awesome app, I use it in every store! Customer support is super! Highly recommended if you want to recover those Abandoned Carts!

I really prefer SMSBump to Klaviyo SMS, or another app. The support is very fast, and price very low

Great customer service. Especially for me as a beginner who has no idea yet how to use this. I am still learning but they are open and very good attitude in helping out as to how to make smsbump work especially for shopify
