Have not used the app yet however, customer service was exceptionally to get setup. The support person walked me through step by step setup and it was painless.

So quick to help! Was able to answer all my questions and direct me where to go on the site to make the changes I needed. Love this app! They also verify everything at the end to make sure all is good!

Amazing customer support! I was recommended here for their amazing integrated services and flow options. However, I was nervous due to my tight budget. Upon entering the app, the fact that they are able to provide you so much service subscription free until your business is a bit more established really reassured me and I hope to be able to invest in SMSBump for their more advanced features when my pockets are a bit looser!

I downloaded this app to expand on my store. Harry went through the validation process and found some discrepancies with the legal side. He offered to remedy the issue and also included bonus info on how to build my business. Way to go above and beyond
