The app works just the way I wanted: I can automatically send texts messages to my customers. What I like the most is the text I can send to someone who left an item in his cart.

I used this app for my new shopify store and it is great. It is very easy to manuever thru and set up with ease. I really didnt have a major problem with, especially, when time is limited - this app is basically very initutive to help you do what is required and get the job done for other things. Thank you!

SMSBump is quite easy to get the hang of, all features are well presented and can navigate the app easily. Setting up campaigns and automations as well is pretty straightforward, and if any questions, their amazing customer support team will surely help. Pricing wise is very convenient, their sms rates are very logical as well as the monthly subscription packages. Even the free package gets you started off well to get around the app, run some campaigns and take care of abandoned carts. Truly, I couldn't ask for a better text marketing app and most importantly backed up by an amazing customer support.
