PL from customer service was quick to help with a concern I had with SMS Bump. I like the app. It's easy to use. While it is expensive, it was faster to set up than Klaviyo. Provided I can start generating more sales, I plan to use this super helpful app for years to come.

A great app, fairly easy to use and a great way to connect to customers. Would definitely recommend for a starter website. Spoke with Regie with customer service and was more than helpful. Very fast to reply and informative. Thank you for the help!
