Must have app, everything is perfect, you just have to set up it properly and it works on autopilot. Recommendation!

I’m giving 5 stars because I know they are trying. However if you use the free version you will get texts from customers but you can’t read or reply to them unless you upgrade. That’s not acceptable on my end to leave customers hanging. It needs to be changed. Either remove that capability for the free version or limit the amount of customers. Other than that it seems to perform ok.

SMSbump has been pretty easy to integrate with our current operations. Lots of features that are plug and play. Mladen was our contact for support and has been super helpful.

I am currently using this app in my store and with having a little trouble getting validated I reached out to the customer support and within minutes I was all set to go! It is a must have in my store!
