Just installed....Lots of features and relatively easy to use but lacking some features that would make it truly well rounded. Plus the app was glitchy when sending a text to 600+ #s. If you're looking to add incentive by way of unique discount codes to each abandoned cart, this is not the app for you. There is; currently NO way to sen unique discount codes to each sms recipient. This is a major issue for us and thus we will be looking for another app.

Way to hard to learn for beginners! Tried to send a sms to customers who abandoned their check out but that was way too hard. The training videos did not show me how to solve my problems eighter.

I'm not sure if it works or not but I couldn't edit the Transnational SMS text. It always return to the original text. It's no way to test this app to see if it works but it's a great idea.
