Mihail has provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service! After signing up all we have had to do is let him know how we want our service to work and he has completely set everything up for us. Exactly what a small business owner needs when trying to implement a new system designed to give them some time back :D Thanks so much SMSBump!! We would give 10 stars if we could!

One of the best app for marketing purpose along with auto notifications to customers and most importantly the best support team i've witnessed hat's off to the managment and develpoment team thre automation is so well integrated with shopify one of the best app i've ever used would definately recomment this to all

Always very satisfied with Mihail's super fast customer service. He even initiated an email informing me that I had not properly configured my settings to send to the proper country.

Best SMS app so far. The support is fast and responsive. You can send bulk SMS, marketing campaigns and more, highly recommended !

Awesome App. Best part is that SMS is always delivered. Also when I had requested a small custom work, they did it for free. They are also very responsive if any help is needed.

Had few minor problems at the beginning but the developer helped immediately on solving the issue, even though it was an off day for them. Seems they are working hard on new versions as they proactively receive suggestions from customers for future implementations.
